Eileen has been a mediator and worked with thousands of clients for the past twenty-five years. An attorney who rejected the traditional adversarial role, Eileen shifted her focus to mediation in 1990. She has taken over 500 hours of mediation training, much of which focused specifically on divorce mediation and family law, and has extensive experience with California family law and court procedures.

Eileen has taught mediation, conflict resolution, and related courses at the University of California Berkeley School of Law, University of California Hastings College of Law, and John F. Kennedy University Graduate School of Professional Psychology. She has published numerous articles and been a repeat presenter for the Association for Conflict Resolution and American Bar Association, Dispute Resolution Section, and has presented to such organizations as Stanford University Law School and the California Judges Association (among others).

In addition to offering traditional mediation services, Eileen is a pioneer in guiding couples to seize the opportunity divorce offers for healing and growth. Eileen is a highly acclaimed forgiveness teaching and coach, and the creator of an innovative process called “Conflict TransformationTM” (CT) which enables clients to transform the highly-charged emotional issues that often accompany divorce.
Eileen graduated Magna Cum Laude from Georgetown University Law Center and holds an honors degree in psychology from Indiana University.
